Established under Italian Registry Ekoplant began to operate in 2009.
The Company was founded and headed by Marco Gramigna, director and manager  with experience in multinational companies.
In 2010 the investment fund Return Holding  SpA  entered  the Company allowing Ekoplant  new market opportunities and to expand the management capacity of EPC projects worldwide.

In 2014 Sideridraulic SpA acquires 40% of Ekoplant shares
